How does the auto-clean device work?

The auto-clean device consists of a solenoid valve, water pipe, rotating nozzles, and a Water-heating Auto-clean Tank. The tank includes a PLC, water pump, and water tank. The nozzles are controlled by solenoid valves for automated maintenance.

Is detergent needed during cleaning?

No detergent is needed. As oil mist is easily cleaned with hot water using our honeycomb filter cells, the water in the tank is simply heated and used to wash the cells effectively.

What is the washing cycle?

The washing period depends on your settings. Generally, the ESP should be washed every three to four weeks. If the fume load is heavy, the washing period can be shortened accordingly.

What are the benefits of the auto-clean system?

With the auto-clean device, the ESP can operate maintenance-free for long periods, saving you time, cost, and the trouble of frequent manual cleaning.

How should the unit be installed?
