1 Hold the bandage so that the start of the roll is facing up.
2 Hold the loose end of the bandage in place with one hand. Wrap the bandage in a circle twice around the area. Always wrap from outside to inside.
3 Pass the bandage around the limb and wrap it in upward circles.
4 Fasten the end. Do not use metal clips where skin folds or creases, such as behind the knee.
