Product Overview
What is a Cleanroom?
Cleanroom is a controlled environment where the concentration of airborne particles is maintained below a specified limit per cubic foot or cubic meter. To achieve this, the rooms are engineered with state-of-the-art ventilation and filtration systems in which each component is carefully selected and placed to ensure an airflow and air quality that is satisfactory for the intended use of the enclosure.
Maintaining an environmentally controlled facility is essential for production and operational flow, as well as product delivery. Cleanroom acts as a special enclosed area in which particulates and contaminants are kept within strict limits.

Core Components
CLEAN PANEL
The clean panel, also known as purification board or sandwich panel, is a composite board made of color-coated board, stainless steel, aluminum alloy board and other materials as the surface material. The clean board has unique dustproof, antistatic, antibacterial and other advantages. It is widely used in clean engineering fields such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, and aerospace.
PURIFICATION DOOR AND WINDOW
Purification doors refer to doors that are easy to clean, anti-bacterial and have excellent air tightness. Purification windows, or clean windows, usually consist of double-layer hollow tempered glass. The air layer is filled with adsorbents to remove pollutants such as formaldehyde and PM2.5 particles.
FFU (Fan Filter Unit)
The Fan Filter Unit is a modular air supply and filtration unit. It draws air from the top and filters it through a HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter), sending clean air out evenly at pre-set speeds. It is typically installed in ceilings for maximum efficiency.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What industries require GMP Clean Rooms?
A1: GMP clean rooms are essential for pharmaceutical production, biotechnology laboratories, medical machinery industries, electronics manufacturing, and food processing plants where high air quality and sterility are mandatory.
Q2: What is the primary function of a Fan Filter Unit (FFU)?
A2: An FFU is a modular unit that draws in air, filters it through a HEPA filter, and distributes clean, laminar airflow into the clean room to maintain specific cleanliness levels.
Q3: How do ISO classes differ in cleanroom standards?
A3: ISO classes (from ISO 1 to ISO 8) define the maximum allowable concentration of particles per cubic meter. ISO 1 is the cleanest, while ISO 8 allows for more particles, typically equivalent to Class 100,000 in the FED STD 209E.
Q4: What materials are cleanroom panels made of?
A4: Clean panels are typically composite sandwich panels using color-coated steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy as surface materials, designed to be dustproof, antibacterial, and antistatic.
Q5: Why are double-layer hollow tempered glasses used in cleanroom windows?
A5: They provide excellent air tightness and insulation. The air layer between the glass can be filled with adsorbents to filter harmful particles and gases, ensuring the integrity of the controlled environment.
Q6: Can the size of the clean room be customized?
A6: Yes, our clean room solutions including heights and panel widths can be fully customized based on specific project requirements and laboratory layouts.
