SHEFA Medical
The angiographic catheter is a precision tool used to examine coronary arteries. It is inserted through a small incision in the groin or arm to reach the heart, and then passed through the coronary artery. The catheter is equipped with a tiny balloon on its tip, which is inflated to block blood flow through the artery so that an image of its interior can be captured by X-ray.
