The structure of a pen-type blood collection needle features a through needle tube with sharp cutting edges at both ends. The middle and lower part of the needle tube is securely fixed on the needle holder. The front end serves as the vein puncture needle, while the back end is the blood collection needle.

During clinical use, the needle is rotated and fixed to the front end of a needle holder. After successful venipuncture, a vacuum collection vessel is inserted, allowing the posterior end to puncture the vacuum tube's rubber plug. Blood is then drawn automatically via negative pressure, enabling efficient multi-tube specimen collection.
