What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 1 pc for sample items and 500 pcs for bulk orders.
Can I put my custom design logo on the items?
Yes, we can print your logo using heat transfer stamping, silicon printing, embroidery, or washing labels. Please provide the logo in a vector AI file.
Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we provide both OEM and ODM services, including free product design, packaging design, and QC services.
What is your sample policy?
We charge a sample fee for new customers, which can be refunded if the order amount exceeds $2,000 or accumulates to $3,000. Existing samples may be provided for free to high-transaction customers.
What is the expected delivery time?
Normally 3-5 work days for stock items, 15-25 days for adding logos to stock items, and 25-35 days for fully customized items.
